I am a 26 year old university graduate with some time on my hands to perfect my craft. I have always had a talent in the kitchen and grew up watching my dad cook gourmet meals to wow my parents guests. Now I'm in a relationship with a wonderful man who doesn't cook beyond a sandwich, but is a great help and encourages me to try anything in the kitchen! Plus he always loves everything cause no matter what I make, it's always better than a ham sandwich! Carribean, French and traditional italian...I also enjoy baking cakes and cookies, but not as much as main dishes! Watching my dad cook, doing the dishes together as a family and the always important 6pm be home or miss dinner and get in big trouble! We also never had tv or music and it was always a good time for us to catch up on everyone's day! Mike's birthday last week...Made lamb chops with balsamic reduction, sesame asparagus, and twice baked potates, followed by a wonderful oreo cookie cheesecake. The compliments were almost as rewarding as the taste and look of this restaurant caliber meal! Stupid thai food i made yesterday ughh.... had to throw it out...
