Sour Cream Pork Chops

I've made many recipes from this site and this is the first time I'm giving a recipe two stars. This was nothing special at all and my sauce came out very funny and curdled with the sour cream. I should have added other ingredients but then I wouldn't have been following the recipe and thought it deserved to be simple and easy as indicated.

My husband said this was the BEST thing I've ever made from this site (and I've made A LOT!) I replaced the olives with tomato and mushrooms. Soooo good! However, a calzone style might work better for picking it up with your hands.

Butternut Squash Casserole

I cut the sugars both in the dish and to go on top and it was much better the second time around. I also used a smaller casserole dish and it didn't seem as dry and gave it more of a squash feel than a dessert.

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic

An excellent recipe. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that it is very similar to chicken marsala in preparation and idea and I LOVE marsala. So in comparing, I just can't quite give it the same as marsala.

Penne Pasta with Spinach and Bacon

The bacon in this dish is amazing! But isn't bacon great in just about everything? This is simple to make and different from your regular ol' tomato or cream sauces. Will make again.
