I've made many recipes from this site and this is the first time I'm giving a recipe two stars. This was nothing special at all and my sauce came out very funny and curdled with the sour cream. I should have added other ingredients but then I wouldn't have been following the recipe and thought it deserved to be simple and easy as indicated.

amazing stew! I normally think most stews are just OK but this one I gobbled up!

We both like spicy but the andouille may have been a little too spicy. The broth was excellent.
