I have four boys, a wonderful husband,and two big babies...my cats: Spooky & Thomas. I like to cook mexican food, and I also love to do food decorating. A few days before Christmas and Thanksgiving, my kids,husband, and I like to spend the time in the kitchen coming up with all kinds of goodies and treats for the holidays. I do the cooking and they do the licking and taste testing. My cooking triumphs would be coming up with recipes and ideas that everybody will enjoy, each night of the week. Anybody with more than one child knows that not everybody likes the same thing so mother's have to be creative. My first meatloaf, right after my husband and I got married. It was very sad, at the time, but very funny now when we look back at it.
