I am married. I have 3 grown children. I home educated my two younger children. They all graduated from Kent State U. I have been working as a Medical Technician for an Ophthalmologist for the past 3 years and love it. I am a certified SCUBA diver as of 11/08. I like fast and healthy meals. My husband is Lebanese so Arabic food is a favorite. I can cook some of it (even though I'm not of Arab descent) but would rather have his mother do it. LOL (It can be a time consuming type of food to prepare.) Since I've started using this site, I've had more and more people asking for my recipes. Thank you All Recipes!
