Sorta Salisbury Steak
Sorry for the previous mistake of only 1 star...my mistake that seems I could not edit! Another good one...because of my daughter's intolerance to wheat, I used Pamela's Baking Mix in place of the flour and added seasonings, browned the 8 cubes of steak, put it in 3 c. of beef broth and added just a touch of Worcestershire sauce. Simmered on the stove for 2 hours, and at the end used some cold water with cornstarch and added to the pot. Served over mashed potatoes...yummy and easy!!!!!

Artichoke Chicken
This was excellent, but because I didn't realize that I didn't have mayo until I was already going, I really changed it up. I cut up 4 chicken breast and sauteed it with the garlic pepper in the olive oil, then mixed together the artichokes with 1 can cr. of chicken soup and 1 cup of sour cream and 3/4 c. parmesan cheese. I sprayed my casserole dish and covered the bottom with egg noodles, then the chicken, then the artichoke mixture. I topped it with mozzarella cheese and cooked at 375 for 30 minutes - turned out yummy! I have mayo on my grocery list to try it the right way next, but just in case you did what I did, this recipe is still great!

Baked Spaghetti Squash with Beef and Veggies
This was excellent using homegrown spaghetti squash! Instead of using the nutritional info (it seemed high), I figured this out according to my weight watchers points system. This made 8 cups of food and each half cup serving was 4 points...a great meal in my book! Thanks for posting this!
