I finally made this and it did turn out really great. Tasted restaurant quality. Added extra cayenne pepper to flour mixture & Frank's Red Hot to sauce (we like it spicier). Good recipe, next time will add more flour to wings so the batter is a little thicker. Don't leave out the refridgerator step, makes the flour sticky and is essential for a crispy finish. I served these with homemade blue cheese dip & carrot/celery sticks. With a few adjustments, is a great recipe. Will make again.
