Super Sausage Gravy

This is the best sausage gravy recipe. It is very important to use Bob Evans sausage when you make it because your gravy is only as good as the sausage you use to make it. YUMMY!!!!

This is the best meatloaf recipe out there. I followed the recipe exactly with the exception that I put the ketchup mixture on top, and it comes out perfect every time. I have passed this recipe on to so many friends I have lost count. Everyone raves about it.

Detroit Hot Honey Wings

These were excellent. I have made them twice for BBQ's. The first time they went so fast, I didn't even get to try them, but was told they were sooooo good. Don't worry about them being too hot, really they are not. Love this recipe!!

Cake Balls

So Good!! The biggest misteak was making these in the first place, cuz now my friends won't leave me alone. They are always requested for any party, potluck or get together. The favorite combo so far is cherry chip cake with cherry frosting, and white choc on the outside. Just beware- once you turn your friends onto them, they are like some kind of addictive drug, they will bug you for more and more. lol

White Chocolate Fruit Tart

I am rating this based on what my guests had to say about it, because it was gone so fast that I didn't personally get to try it. But what I was told was that it was the best they had ever eaten. The crumbs I got were delicious. I would surely make this again. Loved by all.

Ultimate Frozen Strawberry Margarita

OMG- these are the best margaritas ever. I told my guests that I never drink and wanted to make these for them to drink. Well... all that was out the window after taking one sip. They were so good I had 2 rather large glasses. YUMMY!! can't wait to make them again.

Easy Lemon Bars

These were soooo good, and didn't taste like cake at all like others had stated. They had a really good lemony taste, and the cream cheese layer made them just delicious. Will be making these again.

Red Skinned Potato Salad

This potato salad is delish. I altered a few items though- I used 1c mayo and 1c sour cream instead of all mayo, and I also added some shredded cheddar cheese. This was sooooo good. Just like a loaded baked potato. Thanks for the recipe- I will be adding this to my favorites.

Pumpkin Roll Cake

This is very good and a nice alternative to the usual pumpkin pie. I used the cream cheese frosting II recipe on this site. Cake turned out wonderful and oh sooo good!

Burrito Pie

Very easy and oh so good. I make this all the time for my husband, and have passed the recipe on to many friends. It's so easy to make and reheat. Don't let the chile peppers scare you- it's not hot. The flavors blend perfectly. Will make again and again. Thanks for the recipe.

Special Deviled Eggs

These eggs are the best! I have made them for several holiday gatherings, and they are always the first thing to go no matter how many of them I make. They have just the right amount of kick. I puree the onions as I don't like the crunch of raw onion, but like the flavor. Will make these again and again!

Sam's Famous Carrot Cake

This is the best carrot cake ever!! I did not change a thing, and it came out perfect. Try using the cream cheese frosting II on this site. With these two recipes- you can't go wrong on this one. Love it, love it, love it!

Newport Clam Chowder

The best clam chowder recipe I have ever tried. I used canned clams, and frozen cubed potatoes to save time, and this turned out wonderful. My husband and his friends ate it all in less than a day, and they are begging for more already. I really like the dill weed- it gives it a nice flavor.

Cheddar Bay Biscuits

This is an awesome biscuit recipe- it has become a regular at our family's dinner table on any occasion. Cook biscuits until they are crisp on top and a little browned, once you brush the butter mix on top it softens up a bit, but adds a little texture, and does not turn biscuits soggy.

Self-Filled Cupcakes I

These cupcakes are soooo yummy and versatile. I have tried this so many different ways, and they are always good. Try them with red velvet cake mix and choc chips or choc cake mix with mint choc chips. These are so good they don't even need frosting.

Baked Asparagus with Balsamic Butter Sauce

This is just wonderful on all kinds of veggies. I have tried it on asparagus, pea pods, and broccoli. All were just fabulous!! I had to convince all those veggie haters to just try one piece, and that's all it took- no more convincing necessary. Thanks for the great recipe!
