I don't work outside the home anymore, so I have no reason not to cook! Anything that tastes wonderful! We have a few items that always make their way to the table at a family gathering! When I was a teen I came up with the most delicious turkey casserole, and this rice and pea dish we call non other but Rice and Pea Delight! Once I was making this so called Greek dish and it had flour in it, it was nothing but a tasteless dish of glob!
