I lived in Seattle Washington all my life. I have a wife and two kids with one on the way. I am a chef masquerading as a techno geek. I love sports. I play softball and football when ever i can and I love to compete. I have recently found a passion for writing recipes.

I love to ask my guests “what is your favorite dish” then go out and make it better than they have ever had it made.
I love a great sandwich and anything wrapped in flat bread.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My family loved to can fruit and vegetables. I am in the process of learning how to can everything.
My cooking triumphs
Thanksgiving with 25 people. Three turkeys (one smoked one grilled and one roasted), two kinds of white potatoes, (Garlic mashers and buttermilk mashers) sweet potatoes, three dressings + the one out of the bird. (Oyster, sausage and sage) green beans and brussle sprouts. All hot on the table at the same time.

My first prime rib, Dry, chewy and nasty.
