Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake
Delicious! I changed it up a bit, just one package of cream cheese and a whole cup of pumpkin. It set really nicely and was one of the best desserts I have ever made. Thanks so much for the recipe!

Rhubarb Pork Chop Bake
I was surprised at how good this recipe was, however it was a bit dried out. Next time I will add about 1/4 cup chicken stock or water to tenderize and moisten up the meat. Really good flavour though!

Bananas 'N' Cream Bundt Cake
