Cilantro Cucumber Salad
This salad is incredibly delicious, and quick and easy to make. Make sure to let it chill for a few hours, preferably overnite. I made it for a quick meal, but now I can't wait to try it with a grilled steak, or any other meat.

Broccoli Cheese Soup V
I made this soup for a family holiday get togheter and it was great. Everyone keep asking me to make it again. If I would change anything, it would be the amount of cheese and/or the kind of cheese.
