Full time job, full time family. Household of six. I love to cook beef and cheese enchiladas, fried chicken, homemade whipped potatoes, rosemary potatoes, and lasagna. My mom makes the best chicken and dumplings I have ever tasted. We also make a terrific cornbread dressing for Thanksgiving. It's a triumph any time 5 out of 6 people say they love my cooking. Once I completely forgot to put the butter in my pasta dish, and another time I forgot the seasoning packet for angel hair pasta out of a box.
