Stovetop Granola
This recipe is so yummy. I followed the directions exactly, including the 5 minutes of cooking at the end. I thought I was burning it, but turns out that if you let the honey/sugar/butter mixture come to a complete bubble and then cook the oats for 5 more minutes you don't need to dry it in the oven. Its clustery, perfectly dry, and so good. There is only one thing I'd like to know. How long will it keep in an airtight container? Next time I'd like to make a double or even a triple batch in the hopes it lasts longer than the afternoon.
