Dijon-Tarragon Cream Chicken
Onions, mushrooms (preferably Morel) and white whine make this dish a perfect lazy night dinner. Try sautéing the ingredients in truffle oil for a little extra complexity

Mint Chicken
4 stars for simplicity. I'm sure there are a few more simple things that could be done to make the flavor more complex though (saute the garlic first maybe?). Probably could make due with some black pepper if that is to your tastes as well, or something to spice it up a bit.
