Chocolate Oil Cake
This cake was delicious! I would have never guessed that it was egg and dairy free. The texture was moist (much like a devil's food). It was wonderful that the entire family I made the cake for was able to enjoy it (one of them has egg and dairy allergies). I made a dairy free frosting with vegetable shortening, powdered sugar, vanilla, butter flavoring and water. I will definitely use this recipe again.
