D's Famous Salsa
This is very similar to my recipe. Instead of the green chiles I use 2 fresh jalapenos, threw in some cayenne, chili powder, and red pepper flakes for spice. The only real problem with this was the cilantro. I'm not a big fan of it anyway, but 3 tbsp is way too much. Every bite was overwhelmingly cilantro. I would suggest 1.5 tbsp max to not drown out the other flavors. Also - if you experiment with ingredients like I do, don't chop the onion too small otherwise with each pulse of the food processor they get smaller and smaller. Overall, an excellent recipe!

Beef and Cornbread Bake
Pretty darn good! I used regular salsa instead of picante because that's all we had and even my picky 6-yr old who won't touch anything spicy loved it. Was a nice mix of sweet and tangy with the cornbread and the salsa mix. Everyone cleared their plate and went for seconds. It was very good.

Salisbury Steak
Great flavor. Even better the second day because the gravy was thicker. Like others, I prefer not to use the ketchup, so I found a mushroom gravy mix that called for a cup of water which I added to the soup with the worcestershire sauce and flour. Awesome.
