The only thing I did differently than the recipe is marinated the tuna in soy sauce, lemon juice and garlic, then I dipped it in the bread crumbs and seared. Then I drizzled some of the marinate sauce on the top of the tuna and spinach. It was so good!

Photography Notes: I pretty much just prepared the ahi tuna and had a plate ready with a scoop of brown rice and some spinach leaves.
