Southwestern Pork Medallions with Cinnamon Couscous and Peach Chutney

Pork was way more seasoned than it needed to be, but that's easy to fix. Overall just wasn't a fan of the couscous.

Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili

VERY good, although it is extremely high in sodium. Try to cut that by using lower-sodium chick broth.

Pretty good, although I wouldn't really call it a stew, as there is almost no liquid left. More like the ingredients are boiled in apple cider, with little cider left over as the end. Nevertheless it is pretty tasty, although the chicken is usually pretty dry.

Pork with Peach and Black Bean Salsa

Pretty good, but this is just crying out for rice. Next time will try adding chicken broth/water and rice for the final 20 or so minutes that it's simmering.

Chicken and Sausage with Bowties

I get that it's supposed to be a thin sauce, but this really didn't do anything for me. Next time, I'll probably add a big can of crushed tomatoes instead of small...maybe in addition to small. ...On second tasting, the chicken is really bland. Wouldn't recommend this recipe without some serious changes (marinating chicken and making the pieces smaller, maybe?)

Slow Cooker Carnitas

Quite good, definitely at least double up on the seasonings. Good for burritos or with barbeque sauce in pulled pork sandwiches.

Buffalo Style Chicken Pizza

Didn't OD on dressing when assembling, but this still turned out runny. The flavor wasn't bad, but I wouldn't make this for anyone other than myself.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

This stuff really IS great. The milk/flour mixture that you add to thicken the soup makes this REALLY good.

Stuffed Peppers

These just really didn't work for me. I followed the instructions, but I expected the peppers to be more tender. I couldn't cut them with a fork, had to use a knife. Don't plan on making them again.

Pineapple Orange Pancakes

Good, but make sure to drain pineapple. The first time I did, the second time I didn't (thinking "Ooh, mixing orange juice and pineapple juice will be good) and it through off the consistency, making them burn and stick to the pan.
