One Bowl Chocolate Cake III
This cake was good, but not the best. It was not moist enough for my liking. Next time I think I will take it out of the oven a few minutes sooner and see if that changes anything.

Mint Buttercream Frosting With Dark Chocolate Glaze
I made just the frosting, not the glaze to go on some cupcakes I made. I thought the flavor was delicious!

Amy's Delicious Turkey Burgers
1 tbsp red pepper flakes was waaaaay too spicy for my kids' taste. I switched to whole wheat ritz crackers. I will try this again, but with less red pepper.
