easy and delish!

The cake was great....the frosting....not so great. It was way too intense with that much cocoa powder. I even added more powdered sugar to try to help it and it just didn't work out. My kids on the other hand LOVED it, but they're kids so they'll eat anything sweet LOL! I will def. make the cake again just with a different frosting.

I made this for my mom's birthday. I followed the recipe as written. The only change I made was to use a cup of batter per layer, so of course it didn't come out as a 14 layer cake but a 9. However, no one knew the difference and gobbled it up and enjoyed every decadent bite! Thanks for the recipe, my Mom loved it!

Yummy! I made this following the directions to a T. I however thought it needed some improvements. So the second time I made it I made some changes. The pastry to me was a pain to roll and once it was baked wasn't quiet what I expected it to be. I used half butter and half shortening for the pastry and then stuck it in the fridge for about an hour. This one step made such a difference! I cut the apples into chunks and cooked them until just tender with water, sugar and cinnamon. I cooled them before using them. Oh and I made more of the sauce because there wasn't enough for everyone to pour a little over the dumpling and icecream. Anyhow, I thought this recipe was worth tinkering with so thanks for posting it!

Great for a quick lunch since the kids are home for summer vacation.

This was just ok. Which could def. be my fault because I used the no boil noodles and it took forever to cook! I will try it again with the traditional noodles and see if that helps!

The kids request this at least twice a month and I willingly give in because it's soooo good!

I made this cake for my son's 8th birthday party this weekend and it was a big hit! Great chocolate flavor and oh so moist!

Delicious! I marinated chicken breast then grilled them. Beware!! It will burn rather quickly. However, it was a great marinade and sauce.

I didn't care for this pie. It had too much of a cream cheese flavor which made it tangy. Oh and not a lot of chocolate flavor which I was looking for.

Super easy and delicious! I made one with the coconut/pecan topping and one without since my kids don't like nuts. The pie was wonderful both ways. A keeper!

Honestly the best peanut butter cookie I've ever made and I've made quite a few! They're good with the filling and without. I have to disagree with some other reviewers though. If you double the cookie recipe, which I did, you also need to double the filling. Anyhow, it's a great recipe and it will be in rotation at my house!

Couldn't have been easier for Christmas morning! Hubby and I loved it! Not a kid friendly dish in my house though! Didn't impress them, but they like their waffles in the morning!

I seriously thought these would be good since it got such outstanding reviews. Boy was I wrong! The inside was mushy.
