Well I am newly married about a year now. I have no children and I am currently a manager at Sunglass Hut in Miplitas CA. I go to school full time at University of Phoenix for my BA in business administration. I will be done in the next year or so. I like to cook just about everything. I am always open to trying new things and have a day for specific cultures actually. My husband and my neighbors always like my food and I am constantly getting compliments from my family. Well as always I try to make what my mom did when I was younger. Although unfotunately it seems as though I am unable to do that. Well I think my biggest triumph was making eggrolls. Although it was a simple recipe it was a tough task because I had never made any form of chinese food. The egg rolls came out beautiful and everyone loved them! Oh tragedies when I was home alone I tried making norwegian meatballs and the balls ended up falling apart while cooking so I ground the mea and added some gravy and corn poured over mash potatoes and now it is regular happening at my house.
