Crunchy Peanut Butter Drops

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2010
These are great! I used Splenda instead of sugar, and they haven't completely cooled yet but I ate one and I think they taste about the same. I don't think Splenda looks the same as sugar when you're heating it, so I went by the 7-8 minutes and just turned it down a bit when it was close to boiling. I'll definitely make again!

Addictive Pumpkin Muffins

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2010
Loved these! And I'm not a huge fan of pumpkin, but I really liked them. My husband and I polished off almost a dozen by ourselves :) My only changes were skipping the raisins and walnuts (didn't have any). I also used whole wheat flour and half brown sugar half splenda. I'll definitely be making these again! Oh, also cooked them only 25 minutes and they were perfect, I think they would've definitely burned if I had waiting until 30-35 minutes.

Zucchini Patties

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2010
I was pleasantly surprised with this recipe. It turned out really well. My husband loved it (5 stars) and I thought it was really good (4 stars). I did change some things based on the other reviews. I squeezed the liquid out of the zucchini after I grated it. I didn't have any onion so I added some onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. I used whole wheat flour and only about 3/4 c of cheese total. I used only about a drop of olive oil for every three patties and supplemented with non stick spray. I'll definitely make these again.

Baked Dijon Salmon

Reviewed: Jun. 8, 2010
My husband and I both really enjoyed this recipe. It was easy and tasted great. I left out the pecans though, and used 2 Tbs of olive oil instead of the butter.

Banana Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Aug. 2, 2009
I took some other reviewers' advice and sprinkled sugar on top. I also added about a tablespoon (or 2 maybe) of milk so the batter wouldn't be so thick. These were good, but not great. I will increase the sugar next time because they weren't sweet.

Marinated Sirloin Steak

Reviewed: Mar. 2, 2008
My boyfriend and I both really enjoyed the steak, but the vegetable oil didn't mix well with the rest of the marinade ingredients so I may try leaving it out next time.

Apple Oatmeal Cookies II

Reviewed: May 24, 2006
Cookies tasted good, but were a little dry. The recipe only yields 48 if you make very small cookies.
