Baklava
This was sooo good. A LOT of work but well worth it! You definitely have to make the sauce plus half, which made it PERFECT. Also, make the sauce before anything so it can have time to cool. This way, when you pour it on the baklava it won’t be so soggy. The honey taste was a little too strong for me though. I used a silicone brush to put the butter on but if/when I make this again I will undoubtedly use a spray bottle, it would have made it ten times easier to make.
