About this Cook
I am a married mom. I have a sweet, not so little son who is 3 in a half in Feb., and a loving, caring, husband. We were blessed in 2007 with a beautiful baby girl. I am currently in school to become an RN.
My favorite things to cook
I love a good quiche. I also love making anything on the grill. I am great with chicken, and love devilled eggs. I'm sure there are a ton more, but those few things jump to the top of my head.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Twice baked chicken...mmmmmmmnn! Pumpkin bars...the really soft ones with cream cheese for a topping Chicken Booyah Chilli Spaghetti
My cooking triumphs
I recently made a venison stew and a split pea soup for an occasion my mom was having. It was unbelievable!!! 2 giant nesco roasters full to the brim (so full transporting posed a prob.) and they were empty at the end of the night!
My cooking tragedies
The smaller the dish, the more accurate you want to be... When it comes to bigger meals, I love adding and adding and never measuring. It works well for me, but I got my mom's genes when it comes to cooking.

Crepes
I liked this recipe, but I'd make a few changes... I like an eggier, softer, sweeter crepe. I'd add an extra egg or more milk to make it less tough; a tsp. of vanilla to give it a really good flavor; and I used about double the batch and a 1/2-3/4 cup for each batter. I like the big crepes! All in all, pretty good!
