Chicken Tikka Masala
This turned out soooo well! I've had it in Indian restaurants and this recipe rivals those. I took other suggestions but ommitting the salt and only adding it to taste. In the marinade I used 1 tsp. cayenne pepper and 1 tsp. garam masala. I used half the jalapeno and added a small onion to the sauce as well as using fat free half & half. It was soooo good, I got a million compliments. Amazing!!!

Salsa Fish Skillet
Made it with swordfish (need a sturdy fish that doesn't flake easily) and Spike's salsa (the best salsa EVER!) The salsa makes this dish.
