The stuffing was perfect. I diced one apple and left the second halved to cover the turkey ends. The apple juice made it moist and had a great flavor. I prefered this over adding wine.

Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes

I used smoky cheddar Cougar Gold cheese the second time I made it. The original way is great. The Smoky Cougar Gold also went very well with the roasted garlic.

Tandoori Chicken II

Easy Toffee

I have been making a variation of this recipe for years. My recipe uses White Chocolate chips. I started melting the chips in a seperate pot before spreading them over the partially baked saltine toffee, adding a bit of milk to make it easier to spread. I make it every Christmas. The white makes for a nice festive look as well as rich taste.

Zesty Turkey Burgers

My son is allergic to eggs, so I used and egg substitute. I also had a red bell pepper and no green and plain pretzels. It turned out well and my son really liked it. I was worried they would be to crumbly with the EnerG egg substitute, but it was just fine.

They turned out great! I did add a bit more liquid. I used some yummy low-sugar rasberry sauce as a topping. It was a great breakfast for me and my toddler with food allergies.
