Roast Leg of Lamb with Rosemary
Delicious! Served for our Easter dinner. Even the pickiest of eaters who generally would never try anything other than beef, ham or turkey enjoyed this dish. I used a 7 lb leg of lamb and tented it with foil to prevent the scorching of the garlic and rosemary. Took a bit longer to cook because of the extra size, but it didn't delay our meal too much.

Sloppy Joe Sandwiches
After using numerous sloppy joe recipes, this is the one that seems to satisfy all of my family members. My husband does not like sloppy joes that have vinegar or "sour" taste. These fit the bill -- he was happy, and our children liked them as well.

Asian Roll Lettuce Wrap
I thought these were great! As recommended, I didn't make the meatballs and instead cooked the garlic, ginger and turkey together in a small amount of olive oil. I also made the peanut sauce for family members who prefer it. Yum!
