Slow Cooker Stuffing
It was good, but nothing special. Mine also burned around the edges and bottom. I took the lid off near the end because I found it still too wet.

Chicken Tortilla Soup I
We loved everything about it. After many bites my husband was still saying "yum" after each bite. I made it exactly as written. I think the hominy adds something special. We topped our bowls with diced avocado, crushed tortilla chips, and some cheese.

Bolognese Stuffed Bell Peppers
My family really enjoyed this. I prefer to stuff my peppers while the meat is raw, so next time I might try cooking the bacon and vegetables together, letting it cool and putting it into the raw meat. I like the texture of the meat better that way. However, the flavors were great.
