Breaded, Fried, Softly Spiced Tofu
I liked this recipe. I've made it several times. I would recommend sprinkling crushed almonds or peanuts on the tofu and using peanut oil instead of vegtable oil. This will make the tofu crunchier, and peanut oil fries at higher temperatures.

Good recipe. I'd recommend using more condensed milk though.

Cholay (Curried Chickpeas)
I used more red pepper and more cilantro than the recipe calls for. Spicy, and healthy, it's yummy with pita or naan bread.
