Zucchini Boats on the Grill
Really good...I just forgot to add the breadcrumbs, so all the stuffing fell out, but I'll definitely make this again. Thanks for the great recipe!

Scott Hibb's Amazing Whisky Grilled Baby Back Ribs
OMG! Thank you so much for this recipe! I made this for my boyfriend and his 2 brothers and all three said that the ribs were better than the popular chain restaurant ribs. They are begging me to make this again! This recipe is AWESOME!!

Abby's Chicken Rollatini
I made this with penne russo a la vodka, as suggested by other readers. It was excellent!! I made the chicken rolls in advance, and just put the oil and wine in the pan when I was ready to bake. Very yummy recipe. Thanks!
