I love to bake so cookies, cakes and pies. The carrot cake i made for my mom's borthday came out wonderful. It was moist and sweet and everyone loved it. i made a cake for my mom's brithday. it came out great but i was too hasty to decorate the birthday cake and when i put the first layer on the second layer it broke in half. i had to mend it with froting, but since it was my first time my mom was so happy anyway.
