Golden Sweet Cornbread
This is wonderful corn bread and sooo easy to make!!! I used olive oil b/c I didn't have veg oil and I used 1% milk. Very tasty and sweet. It took a little longer to cook than the recipe called for, but all turned out well.

very good frosting! i used low fat cream cheese and only 2 cups of confectioners sugar. very tasty!

Frosted Banana Bars
I LOVE this recipe. Simple, and soooo delicious! I didn't change a thing other than I made my own cream cheese frosting with low fat cream cheese and easy on the sugar. I will most definitely make this again...and soon!
