OH BOY! Well I had to adjust this recipe to 22 servings. Its amazing, everyone loved it. I cannot tell you how many family members at our thankgiving dinner event wanted this recipe. this recipe will now be a part of our family dinner from now on. Thank You for this wonderful recipe. Oh by the way I baked the sweet potatos at 375 degrees for 1 hour. I used 7 sweet potatos for this. bake em and pull of the skins shortly after removing from oven. Then mash em and follow the recipe from there. Trust me you will love this. Again thank You mary48 :)

Oven Fried Chicken III

Well like so many others I too took the advice of others and used ritz crackers that I threw in my food processor and turned into bread crumbs. Our family and friends were totally blown away by this dish. You should have seen the look on everyone's faces when they were told that I used mayo to hold the crust together.

Baked Spaghetti

Okay this recipe is incredible! No leftovers at all. I too took the advice from some of the other reviews and used extra sauce and meat. AND yes the ricotta really makes the difference. everyone in our house went through it like hoover vacumes. In our house that is rare!!Thank you for sharing this great recipe. Attention all parents your kids and family members will love this. My brother and his kids were visiting at the time and are taking a copy of the recipe back to California with them. Again thank you for sharing :)

Chicken Cacciatore

This really is a great dish. We really enjoyed it served over rice. The kids enjoyed it as well as my wife's family. I also made it with a homemade jalepeno and cheese french bread.
