Banana Bread I
I really loved this recipe! I only wanted one loaf, so I halved the recipe. It turned out so delicious! The only small changes I made were to split the sugar into 1/2 brown sugar and 1/2 white sugar, and I also added a little cinnamon. It turned out perfect and moist! It's not necessarily a heavy, thick banana bread, but this is exactly what I was looking for anyway. Yum!

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies III
These cookies tasted a LOT like the Girl Scout Cookies. Delicious! They also kind of reminded me of Nutter Butters, in cookie form. Some people mentioned in their reviews that you should double the cookie recipe except for the frosting section. I did that, but ended up with approximately 20-30 cookies left over without any frosting left to smooth on. So I would have to recommend keeping the recipe exactly as it is -- if you double it, double everything. Also, the cookies possibly double in size during the baking process, so make sure that they are only about the size of a quarter or so (maybe slightly larger) after smashing them down with a fork. They were so good, everyone gobbled them up in one day!

Oatmeal Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chip Cookies
This wasn't as good as I was hoping - I used tips from previous reviewers and used milk instead of water, as well as putting more peanut butter in. Unfortunately, it turned out somewhat bland. I was hoping for a crispy on the outside, soft on the inside sweet but not too sweet cookie. It had the same texture throughout (not crispy on the outside) and wasn't very sweet. It's an okay cookie, but just not what I was hoping for.
