My 4 monkeys
About this Cook
I am a mom of 4 boys. A set of twins that are 13, one that is almost 8 and a 21 month old. THE LOVES OF MY LIFE. Also my husband(Which counts as 2 children!) Everyone in my house is picky except for me I will eat almost anything.
My favorite things to cook
cookies, cakes, crockpot meals.
My favorite family cooking traditions
That everyday when my kids get home from school my daycare kids and my kids are in the kitchen helping me fix supper. So everyday of the week there are 8 of us in the kitchen. Thank goodness I have a good sized kitchen.
My cooking triumphs
A pineapple upside down cake. It took me at least 10 tries to get it right. Now that I have gotten it everyone wants me to make it.
My cooking tragedies
My first pineapple upside down cake. My first try was nasty! It came out black and in my dads words " you cant cut it with a chainsaw." ha ha dad I got it now!!

Heavenly Hot Dog Sauce
I made this for my son's 13 birthday party. My mom is the best hot dog chili maker all she had to say about this is that this was the best she had ever had! Coming from my mom that is wonderful. She is picky about everything she eats. Thanks for such a great recipe. I will make this over and over.

Southern Potato Salad
This was very good. I made it for my son's 13 birthday party. Not everyone liked it (due to it being warm) But that is the way I eat potato salad. Thanks for the recipe.

Restaurant-Style Coleslaw I
This is very good. I made it for my son's 13 birthday party and everyone asked for the recipe. The only change I made was to add some relish to it. Thanks for the good recipe.
