Absolute Best Potato Casserole
Definatley comfort food! I used fresh cauliflower and small potatoes and the cooking time was about 15 minutes less. Next time instead of ham I'll try broccoli for the veggies in the family. So good, but this makes more like five or six servings in my house not the 10 that the recipe claims.

Chicken Tortilla Soup I
Mmmm....what a great way to clean out the pantry and use left over chicken. Will make this over and over again.
