Hamburger Steak with Onions and Gravy
This was EXCELLENT!! I never thought that I could make gravy like this. I used the whole can of broth and that made enough gravy. I did have to add a little flour at the end to thicken it because of the extra broth. Don't skip the sherry, that's what makes the flavor. The smell was so good that I had to run to the store to buy some mushrooms to put in it so I wouldn't miss out. Served with mashed potatoes Great recipe!!!
