Sarge's EZ Pulled Pork BBQ
I have cooked this several times for my friday night get togethers. I don't put in the coffee or cut the roast in half before cooking. I use a rub and rub it down put it in the slow cooker for several hours with some beef broth. When done I drain most of the broth off.(save some broth to add to the pork later) Shred the pork and add a little more rub then put in BBQ sauce. I have also added a little liquid smoke too from time to time. Put a little broth back in to keep moist. Everyone raves about it and it really is simple and inexpensive to feed a group of people.

Beefy Cheese Dip
I made this for a family gathering, it was a huge hit. Very easy to make and inexpensive per serving. I had people asking for the recipe. I browned the meat with the onions together in a skillet. Then put the everything in a Slow cooker for a few hours on low and stirred occasionally. I made mine spicy with pepper flakes a little hot sauce and hot salsa. Served with corn and tortilla chips. This is a keeper.

Chili Cheese Dip I
Always a big hit at a BBQ. Made this a few times and change it up. Cooked this in a slow cooker and it works well. I use Mexican nacho cheese in a can instead of the shredded cheese. (The shredded made it too stringy in the slow cooker)I added some jalapeƱos, half an onion, and a cup of salsa. I served with corn chips and nacho chips. Had lots of good comments. Just make it a few hours before people arrive, set it on low in the slow cooker until hot/ warm. Easy to throw together. You could use homemade chili too.
