I like to bake breads and rolls. I love to experiment with different dishes. I make at least one new recipe a week. I was making rhubarb punch. I put the hot rhubarb in the blender to puree. The steam from the rhubarb made the lid fly off when I started the blender. Not only did I have the rhubarb everywhere, but it hit me in the forehead and gave me a burn! My husband told me to make up a "good" story of how I got burned when people asked. I told him that I thought flying rhubarb was a good enough story!
