About this Cook
I started cooking at a young age, helping out my mom as young as I can remember. I progressed into starting dinners when she had to work late and eventually was preparing whole meals for the family in no time. I loved the feeling of seeing people enjoy my food and that's when I started looking for new recipes to try. I've opened up a whole new world of flavours to my family and I'm on allrecipes.com looking for new recipes weekly! Happy Cooking Everyone!
My favorite things to cook
I love cooking a nice roast beef dinner with all of the fixings or cooking something new that I chose from Allrecipes.com for my family!
My favorite family cooking traditions
Sunday night was always a meat and potatoes with gravy type of dinner with salads and of course...a pickle tray :)

Italian Sausage Soup
This was delicious and so fast and easy to make! I got 4 fresh sausages from the butcher - 2 honey garlic, 2 hot and used a veggie broth. I will add more broth next time as the next day when I reheated leftovers I found I wanted more juice for dipping! I ate the soup with fresh french baguette mmmm. I brought some to my parents and they loved it so much they went out and bought the ingredients to make it the next day! Thanks you so much...healthy and amazing!

Pasta Pomodoro
I had to mix and match because I didn't have everything exact. I had red wine vinegar instead of balsamic and I didn't have fresh basil....which is really too bad. I also didn't have fresh parm...just the dry stuff you keep you in the fridge. Nice flavour still despite all the changes.

Kielbasa and Cabbage
I made this over the weekend and it tasted great! Next time I'd like to make it a bit more hearty so I will add carrot, potato, and will make it with leek instead of onion...overall great recipe!
