I like to read everything, listen to all kinds of music, consider myself very open minded, even liberal. Good downhome Southern cooking, like my Grandmothers. I also enjoy cooking Italian and Mexican dishes. Back home, my Grandmothers and parents handled everything themselves, so I am learning on my own except for a few phone calls here and there. I have improved IMMENSLEY over the past few months, graduating from Hamburger Helper to mouth watering entrees. Oh there are too many to list. I was known as "the one who doesn't cook."
