I'm a Stay At Home Mom, to my baby boy, Max, born in October 2005. I've been married for just over two years to my husband, a Graphic Designer named Duncan. I also go to school part time, to become a photographer. I'm interested in cooking, reading, and studying various religions. I love food! I like simple to prepare things, that have complex flavors. I like down home comfort food and more gourmet cuisine. My mom makes the best pies! Especially meringues! I wish I could make pie crust like her, but I am horrible with dough! If it has to be rolled, I promise I can't do it. So Pillsbury pre-made, that you unroll, is where its at for me! None yet! Lol! I cannot make a hamburger to save my life! I cannot ever seem to get the eight consistency to the meat, and then I never get them to cook right. Gah!
