Delicious Apple Sauce

I made a big batch of this to take to dinner at a friend's house. She said "you're going to leave the rest here, right?". It was a big hit!

Creole Chicken II

Delicious! I used boneless skinless chicken thighs and doubled the curry. I baked it 30 min loosely covered. Will make again!

Tropical Fruit Salad with Fruit Vinaigrette

Sour Cream-Rhubarb Squares

These were very good but I would like to have had a little more rhubarb in the bars. Several of my bites had no rhubarb in them in the squares I ate.

Strawberry Orange Rhubarb Cake

Grilled Corn on the Cob

The only thing I added was 1/2 tsp of crushed red pepper flakes to the oil.I let them sit a couple minutes with the garlic in the oil with the heat on low. When the broccoli was finished, I stirred in a tsp or so of shallot butter to add an extra layer of flavor. Dee-lish!

Gingerbread Waffles

I made these for company on New Year's Day and they were a hit! I added 1/4 cup packed brown sugar to the wet ingredients based on the review and used 1 egg. I loved the soft texture and taste!

Zucchini Brownies

Wow! These are great! My husband had no idea that the brownie he was eating contained zucchini. I wanted to tweak the recipe to avoid the oil and white sugar, but my daughter urged me to follow it exactly and they turned out great. I think I'll go have another one!
