Applesauce Bread
I made 10 loaves of this recipe and gave as Christmas gifts. I made 5 at a time - that's all the dough that fits in my Kitchenaid mixer. It is better than an oil-based recipe that I used in the past. The first batch stuck in the pans, so I greased and floured the next batch and they came out perfectly. It also seemed to have a better end result if the dough reseted about 10 minutes before baking.

Chocolate Cheesecake IV
Very easy to make and tastes great. Since I had read that there would be extra filling if using the 8" crust, I also bought a package of the Keebler 6 mini Graham Cracker Pie Crusts - and the extra perfectly filled the 6 minis!

Best Beef Dip Ever
I have made this twice. Everybody loved it. I used more meat than called for because you must trim all the fat off. I used half the water. Before serving I removed the meat to a cutting board and shredded it with 2 forks. I skimmed some of the fat from the liquid and returned the shredded beef to the crock. Served w/jar of Italian pepper mix on the side. GREAT and EASY.
