Pork Tenderloin Diane
Excellent. I agree with previous reviewer, need more gravy but deglazing the pan with red wine is a good idea. I just put a dollop of gravy on each plate and arranged the pork around it -- very pretty! Husband and daughter both loved it. Served with french onion soup and a green salad.

Tortellini Soup I
I'm not a fan of green pepper and I loved this. Fantastic flavor. I omitted pasta, as it was plenty hearty enough without, and I used 50/50 sweet and hot sausage.

Newfoundland Jigg's Dinner
I found this very bland and very heavy. Perhaps I soaked the meat too long. However, I've given it two stars because my family did clean their plates (well, mostly).
