Chocolate Covered Cherry Cookies II

I just made these for a Christmas Cookie Swap Party. They are great! I was skeptical because it seemed odd to spread icing on a cookie and then bake it, but it actually worked! The icing stays soft and covers the cherry, without running all over the place while it bakes. The cookie is nice and soft as well and has great flavor. I will definitely make these again; they would be great for Valentine's Day also!

Barbie's Tuna Salad

This is a great recipe! Honestly, I tried it because it sounded so odd, lol. I like "different" recipes and I thought the combination of parmesan and curry sounded so unusual. But it definitely works! I had a 5 oz can of tuna, so I cut the mayo to 4 T and left everything else the same. I love it!! I have been making it every week now that I've tried it. Quick, delicious and cheap! Thanks for a great recipe.

Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread

We LOVED this! It is perfect. I like sweet cornbread, so I always used the boxed kind, but this is so much better. It is moist and sweet, but you can actually tasted the buttermilk, too. It is simple and easy to make and everyone who had it absolutely loved it. I will definitely make this again - many, many times!!!

This is a great recipe! It has a "homemade" taste, even though it uses the storebought crescent rolls. Definitely a crowd-pleaser! I could eat the whole pan! I don't change a thing and they turn out great.

Slow Cooker Cranberry Roast

This was very good. I love anything cranberry, so for me the sweet taste was not overpowering at all. I used pork tenderloin instead of the roast, and it came out very tender and juicy. My hubby really enjoyed it, too and we're looking forward to having leftovers tomorrow night!

Sweet Dinner Rolls

These are awesome! I have never been able to make good rolls until now, before I could never get them to rise properly or they would be too dense. But I used the bread machine as the recipe states and they were perfect. The only thing I did different was I did not make them into the buttered crescents, I made 24 dinner rolls. I am so excited to have found a successful roll recipe. I will definitely make these again!!!

These were fantastic! I used thai sweet chili sauce in the recipe and it was very good, slightly sweet and spicy but not overpowering. They also got good reviews from everyone I served them to. I will make them again.

Mini Pumpkin Muffins with Orange Drizzle

I thought these were pretty good. They were very moist, but a little lacking in flavor. I love the orange drizzle, but next time I wouldn't put it on the muffins while warm as directed, because it soaked in and I prefer a more "set up" glaze. Overall, pretty good, but next time I make them, I may alter them a little to spruce up the flavor.

Fresh Pineapple Upside Down Cake

I made this and was disappointed. Pineaple Upside Down Cake, but I thought this was too heavy and a little dry. The flavor was decent, but I wasn't impressed. I think it's about a 3 star recipe, but...I'm giving it 4 stars because someone contacted me after trying it and said it was the best one they'd ever had! So maybe it was just my personal taste if others thought it was that good.

Soundview Crab Salad

This was pretty good, but I'm still searching for my perfect crab salad recipe. One thing I did really like was that the amount of dressing was light compared to the amount of crab as I like to be able to taste the crab itself and not all dressing.

Szechwan Shrimp

I made this tonight and it was pretty good. I made it exactly as is and was pleased with the balance of flavors, it had a little bit of heat and a little bit of sweetness and very garlic-y! I added sugar snap peas and carrots and served over brown rice and me and the hubby ate every bit! I will most likely make this again.

Chicken Wing Dip

I love this stuff!! It always goes fast, and is so addicting. I have made it as is, but I prefer it with blue cheese dressing instead of ranch, and I usually leave out the shredded cheese, as I don't really think it's necessary. Either way, it is always a crowd pleaser!

Garlic Cheese Flatbread

I have already made this twice since finding the recipe. This is very good and pretty easy to make, especially considering I don't bake that much. I liked the recipe because I already had all the ingredients, but it still turned into something special. I thought it was pretty garlic-y, which I love! I served with jarred marinara for dipping. Yum!
