Sloppy Joe Sandwiches
This is sooo good! If you add 1 diced green pepper & 1 diced onion when you sautee the meat, and 1 Tbs vinegar with the remaining ingredients, it tastes like Manwich, but better! Oh yeah... I only use ground turkey and no one knows the difference.

Blue Cheese Potato Salad
My family loved this, even my picky eaters. I followed the suggestion of other reviewers and cut back on the olive oil. I added chopped celery, red pepper and chives which made for a colorful salad. Will definitely make again.

Zucchini Brownies
Excellent recipe! At first I thought I did something wrong... the mix was VERY dry & crumbly. Once you add the zucchini it moistens the mix into a batter. Brownies taste even better the next day! Now for the icing.... doesn't get much better than this! Thanks for sharing!
