My older sisters and I have always loved to make Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies, my mom's recipe. It is so delicious!

Italian Wedding Soup I
Very yummy, but could use a bit more broth for my taste. Especially after its chilled and reheated.

Chocolate Cappuccino Cheesecake
I made this for a Christmas party and everyone loved it. I used espresso instead of instant coffee from the other reviews. It wasn't as rich as i thought it was going to be, but very yummy.

Chicken Florentine Casserole
I used 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder to substitute for the minced garlic b/c i didn't have any...SO yummy and it didn't take long to make at all!
