I love to cook, but all my childrens are grown and have flown the coop. So cooking for one is not enjoyable, but I still try all your recipes, and they are great. I love all the marinades for chicken. Chicken, chicken masala, chichen on the grill, seafood, salmon, shrimp. I'm Italian, and pasta is my favorite, but, I don't cook that to often. Mostly, my mothers recipes. Pastries, all the things I have made. Mostly cookies I really can't think of any, but I'm sure there must have been some.
